They said we couldn't afford Ozil or Alexis. Yet it happened.

Although I love Pogba, he's a bit too expensive, and we're stacked in the midfield.

LaCazette would be a coup. We need a forward and He could start immediately over Giroud.

We could get Laca, at least we could afford him with no worries.
But as you said, Pogba is expensive, unfortunately.
But we do need another DM. Flamini and Diaby are on their way out. Arteta won't be around for much longer, Rosicky too. So there will be some room in the midfield.
We need someone solid in there, can't have Coq....the Schneiderlin rumors are still flying about

From what I've read, Lacazette isn't going anywhere. His club just got CL footy of the back of his performances this season. They're starting next season in their new stadium and will need his star power to fill even more seats. He's happy there too.

Not saying it's impossible, but another player who will cost a small fortune.
That's the only thing I've read that has me worried. Can't buy happiness.

And let's be honest, any Arsenal fan would welcome Pogba with open arms no matter who he replaces. He's and upgrade over every CM we have. Cost be damned.

Yea, I've read that as well. I'm fan of Lyon, I wanted them to win the league this season. There's still a chance. They have had a great season, especially Lacazette.
Getting him this summer will be tough but at least some groundwork can be laid.

Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly donates £5million to help in Nepal after earthquake

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has donated 7 million euros (£5m) to help the aid effort in Nepal, according to reports in France.
French sports magazine So Foot said the 30-year-old forward handed the sum of money to the charitable organisation Save the Children, which is helping survivors of the earthquake that struck the Asian country last month.
Last month Ronaldo also called upon his vast Facebook following of over 100 million people to donate to the children's charity.

Poor guy is so injury prone...

Daniel Sturridge to miss start of next season after hip surgery. (theguardian.com)

The striker had surgery in New York on Tuesday and Liverpool are confident it will remedy several underlying issues behind his poor fitness record. However, it will be four months before the 25-year-old can resume full training and with his pre-season effectively beginning in early September, it could be mid-to-late October before Sturridge is available for Brendan Rodgers’ team again.

Sterling actually saw the surgeon I wanted to see for my hips in NYC. It's safe to say if he's seeing this guy that he's got the same condition that makes me injury prone. Bones at hip joint shaped weirdly and causes the hip to tear.

That surgeon doesn't take my insurance though, but I'm gunna be seeing a young doctor who's trained under him and works in the same hospital, and has worked with Chelsea and went to Oxford and Cambridge.

I've had a botched surgery on my hips that's kept me off the pitch for years, hopefully Sterling and I will be back to doing our thing in 2016 :lol

What's wrong with Coquelin? The games I've seen him play he was a beast in midfield at the holding role. Winning tackles, tracking back on defense, moving the ball with simple passes. He's young but he can at least fill the role going into next season for you Gunners.

I don't see Oscar leaving at all. I'd be pretty shocked, I mean he's still young and has a bright future. Cesc is just getting older, and I'm not too familiar with their youth squad but who else can replace Oscar not only for next year but the years ahead??

Nothing is wrong with him, I just didn't finish the sentence. Coquelin is great, I just don't want him to be over used, if he gets injured we're at a major loss. No one on the team can hold it down like he can. Having a squad rotation player or another player that can really feel in that gap when Coquelin isn't playing is essential.

Ronaldo is such an arrogant piece of ****, the nerve...

You can be arrogant and still be a philanthropist who has a huge heart for kids :lol

Don't even see the point of bringing that up right now. Just gotta give props to the man and recognize that he's got a very human side to him and is like the athlete trick daddy. Ronnie luh da kids.

Also thought it was really dope that he was willing to go against popular public opinion to show support for Gaza last year. One of the few that's willing to use his super star power to take a stand instead of just milk it and only benefit himself.

22 years old...

When he retires his awards list will probably look like a receipt from a grocery store...

Merely 5 minutes away if even, from a UEFA Champions League title too :{

I hope Belgium makes a deep run in the Euro 2016s! Gonna be a lot of the players in their prime by next summer. Hazard, De Bruyne, Lukaku/Benteke, with a midfield of Mertens, Frollaini, Naingolan and Courtois in goal :x

Only thing they're lacking in is their back 4.

Idk about better than Neuer tho. He's not as fast and agile on the move like Neuer. Everything else can be as good.

I mentioned this during the last World Cup...
Kompany,Vermaelen,Vertonghen and maybe Alderweireld - they're quality centrebacks but Belgium lack some solid fullbacks in my opinion to be considered a serious contender ...

Christ, tried watching Newcastle vs West Brom but I just can't. It's worse than MLS (not really but you get the idea). It's like watching someone bang their head against the wall for 90 mins.

I tried watching Eibar and espanyol last night and felt the same way. I hung in their though since I enjoy footy in general. Hopefully yaw support local footy (MLS/USL). Only way the sport will ever grow and improve here in the U.S.
