It's hard not to get political when such a huge part of football is political. When dudes with bombs strapped to their chests are trying to get into a football stadium to blow people up.

I was reading that if the President of France wasn't at the game, with the increased amount security that follows him - what happened yesterday could have been a complete different story. Maybe the terrorists could have gotten in, maybe into the crowd of 80k people in total- hundreds of more dead while we watched on camera. P

European stadiums must have more security and check points going forward, no exceptions. I've been to games in Portugal, Spain, and Italy and they never even padded me down.
