What’s the actual explained reason that ESPN fired Pierce? I can take a guess, but I want to hear their actual reasoning :lol

Between that and "I'd get married because it's good for a career" you had the best marriage takes
Real romantic guy
Legit don't remember saying this, but I can definitely see the logic. Seen as more stable, less of a flight risk, a family creates an incentive for you to get more compensation, etc etc.

No reason, they just said he was done :lol ..With Disney involved we all knew it was a matter of time tho, can’t go past a PG rating associating with em

So once you're married no strippers, because... Why?

I can only speak for myself, but I definitely enjoyed a few skrip club trips post-marriage (mostly for bachelor parties). But at a certain point as I got old, I was like “this **** not worth the effort or expense.” I’d rather be on my couch, smoke, watch a movie, jerk off, then go to bed.

Jerk off? Aren’t you married? 😬

This is a 100% real thing when you start getting to higher levels particularly the seen as more stable/wholesome and compensation incentive pieces. I also think there’s a perceived to be lower risk because there’s a lower chance of a Matt Gaetz type scandal (I’m not saying married people don’t cheat).

The flight risk part can go either way. As someone who’s single you have the flexibility to travel and might be more willing to move to another location for an opportunity.

But generally, short dudes and bachelors are discriminated against in Corporate America.

Agreed. It’s also been hot in Dallas as well. One of my best friends lost his cousin a few months back due to a club shooting. I’m good on all that. Getting buzzed at home >>>>>
