What organizations or businesses have you ran?

I don't want to dox myself im not a ceo or anything like that but
i've gotten some promotions, where people work under me so ive gotten to be part of the hiring process.

and naturally ive developed some contrary opinions about the whole process.

i work in an industry that is primarily portfolio based but HR business people wanna focus on the interviews/credentials/
