^^^ Haven’t there been multiple stories about Brogdon being difficult and beefing with different coaches? He’s talented, but I could see why Philly might not jump on that.

Makes sense if they were throwing in a first rounder to possibly sweeten it.

I'd still do it in a heartbeat. Brogdon is a better fit on a better contract and you get the 13th pick.

I wouldn't make a move this early but that's not a bad deal.

Probably as good as they're gonna find. But if they're gonna move Ben they need to at least let it play out.

Yup. And with Carlisle coming in and how much he slams heads with every lead guard he coaches? Good luck.

That would be a weird Pacers roster. I assume subsequent moves would be made.

Oof. That is not a great match at all  Pacers better shop Brogdon hard this Summer.

I'm not sure it's fair to put the uncoachable label on Brogdon...when it's been reported that the last two Nate's both lost the entire locker room in Indiana.
Probably not. Especially with Bjorkgren. Seems like a scum bag all around.

But they're stacking hard to play for guys on top of each other like it's going out of style.

Right. I’m not saying Brogdon is uncoachable; just that the noise about that could be among the reasons Philly didn’t immediately jump at the chance to trade for him and that, if there is any truth to the rumors, him and Carlisle might not be a great combo.

sixers want a "big name" in return for simmons
when healthy, malcolm been a solid player in the league

i don't see teams giving away multiple first rd picks for simmons

Don’t think that deal makes sense for either team.
It really does. Ben with levert, sabonis and warren as a core is better than with brogdon

for the sixers it doesn’t make sense because brogdon is injury prone

He’s not good enough offensively for Philly to make the deal.

Simmons doesn’t raise Indiana’s ceiling enough, IMO. How does Simmons make that team significantly better?
