I partially tore my ACL and elected not to have surgery. Just did physical therapy to rehab and strengthen the leg. I was able hoop again about 9 months from the injury. Knee never game me problems again.

I get why an NBA player would opt for surgery with the partial tear though.

do you hoop a lot? My cousin did the same thing but fully tore his acl after two years just by running. Knee just buckled and thats it

At the time, I was playing about 2 times a week. In a league during the week and pick up on the weekend. So regularly, but not a ton. Still managed to pop my Achilles about 4 years after the ACL injury.

jesus.. sorry to hear that man. I tore my acl about 2 years ago. I’m just starting to actually feel like 100%. Need to work on my legs tho or else knee will swell up like crazy after a game.

Not interested so much in SJ itself, was never a huge fan of the first movie but ill be damned if someone calls me out for being excited when an animated movie comes out. What about when Disney comes out with new stuff? Shoot when Toy Story 4 came out it was more 25-35 year olds excited about it.

I wouldn't say i'm excited, but I'm seeing it though.

I hope dame and klay win.
