I 100% agree with you but it seems like ownership doesn't want to rock the boat because everyone knows they're like brothers so the remaining player would be peeved and eventually asked to be moved. These are the hard decisions you have to make sometimes, though. They probably know they can't get a chip so they're rocking with it knowing they have a WCF ceiling.
