Usually when you have a change of address it's delivered to the depot for you to pick up, call your nearest postal depot or better still go down there. I had a pair of shoes say delivered but we're waiting for me at the depot.

Its 4 now .. and still nothing im pissed

Talked to USPS said my driver is still out, i said yeah theyve delivered my mail already and didnt leave a notice
