Album is pretty solid to me. One of Drakes better projects for sure. There are a few songs I don't care for and think are wack, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. Plus when he was spitting it was solid as well with some fire as well.
Those UK rappers though? Naw fam. Those dudes are trash. Once their verses come on, that's an instant hitting of the skip button. They really think they killed those features too. They can keep those dudes on the other side of the pond.

I like the main stream british grime. I thought skepta's konichiwa was a very solid album.
Album overall is a good drake album. A very easy listen. Good production solid flows. I think there are a few songs that could have been dropped but maybe 3 or 4 nothing crazy.

I don't know if that's ignorance, not having exposure to it or just being young. I'm not checking for Sade nor do I know her entire discography (I wasn't born when she debuted). But I know Smooth Operator, Sweetest Taboo, No Ordinary Love and By Your Side. My mom was always playing it and I'd see the the songs on them WOW music commercials. If its not in your household, it's not there.

It's not about committing songs to memory. It's about being able to recognize it. I haven't listened to the Christiana Aguilara or NYSNC songs I mentioned in 15 years, but if 40 it would trigger the memory. Same would apply to you for the I'm Real song with Ja Rule. That's why I said it may be your age or you just weren't exposed to those songs.
