My theory on what happened:
Drake gave that to Tyga to be put on that Fan of a Fan 2 with CB.
Tyga, either intentionally or unintentionally, put Mally Mal and Kid Heat on the record and somehow, it ended up in the hands of DJ Carisma, who then put it out thinking that she had an official record, when in fact it wasn't official at all.
Basically Tyga did some stuff with that song that he wasn't supposed to do.
