are these Breds 4 legit the bottom sole the guy whos giving them to me try to repaint them and restore the shoes but kinda mess up.before I pay him I just want to make sure if these are legit from 1999?

Not legit. 99 made kicks are not gonna have an 09 production date on them. Shape off also.
