2001 Jordan 1 Bred - price and sizing check

Hi, can I get a price check on '01 Breds? Described as 9/10 conditions OG nothing, just the shoes. See images below.

Also, how do the '01's fit vs the '13's? I've been told mixed reports - some saying they fit slightly smaller, and others saying they're exactly the same.

Legit. Worth around $400. Sizing is the same as 2013 1s.
