On 2010.1.16, a group of friends from KENLU.net host the 2010 K-Pals Sneakers Exhib in Taipei. An incredible, astonishing scene make by more than 200 pairs ofrare kicks. The list is too long to be depicted. It can be roughly sort out in player edition, sample, rare released, never seen version and vintage kicks fromthe legend players like Michael Jordan, Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant, Carmelo Anthony, and LeBron James. All these "holy grails" is gathered togetherin showcase first time in the history. The exhib. demonstrate the obsession of sneakers, and a friendship on rare occasions.
If KENLU.net invokes the happening of the event, NIKETALK is where most sneaker heads leaned and communicated. In the day flooded with hype, street fashion,retro and hybrid, we must remember that there was a while how people appreciate the information and pure obsession about sneakers. I'm so happy that theevent happened wonderfully. It sounds like only took two weeks to prepare it, but it actually spend more than 10 years to dream about this. Late better thannever. Most of you probably don't know us, never heard of the K-Pals event, we hope you enjoy the pic and relish the collection.
