I love how Darius Heyward Bey got ripped by ESPN when we took him last year. They talked %@!@ to him in the interviews about a receiver who can't catch.

But then they talk about football's golden boy Tim Tebow like he went number 1 when he's quarterback that can't throw.

Funny how that works.
 
Reading further, Mays wasn't upset about Pete taking Thomas.

It was more, him asking Pete about his technique, backpedal, etc, and Pete said he was ok in those regards, so Taylor thought he was in good shape come draft time.

As we see, not really, falling the way he did.
