Did they go on to get a ring though?
Pretty sure mavs did em in that year

Doesn't matter stopped your team from going to the nba finals, 4-1, after a blow out game 1 y'all had.

That's a pretty interesting statistic. But is gonna fall on deaf ears for the most part in here lol.

If Magic Johnson does the same play it's no big deal. But LeBron does it he's a choke artist.

People are just too indulged into believing that the only mold for a great, all time basketball player is the Michael Jordan mold. Kobe is great and he's molded his entire game after Jordan (but MJ was still the much more willing passer imo).

People hold Bron to that standard because others keep trying to catapult him to Jordan status. If you keep saying he's better than Jordan or comparing him to Jordan *gasp* people are going to expect him to play like Jordan. There is so much hyperbole when it comes to this man on both sides of the coin, not really hard to grasp why these conversations go nowhere fast.

You have to have the same style of play to be better than someone?

Apparently, Lionel Hollins never got the opportunity to talk to Pera 1-on-1. Everything that went down with Hollins was Levien's fault. :eek

1) I didn't think Pera was THAT out of the loop and trusted Levien THAT much to not even consider talking to the players/coaches himself.
2) Levien did a lot of under the table stuff and this is why Hollins was pissed about what went on with new management.
3) Hollins and Rudy Gay could very well still be here if it was not for Levien
4) Levien never gave Hollins an opportunity of a new contract because he wanted him out
5) Levien never let Rudy Gay know he was even on the trade block after telling him he wasn't going to be traded

I can go on and on, but its crazy how much trust Pera into this guy. Pera's first time meeting with Joerger 1-on-1 was like last week. :lol . He's just realizing that he likes the guy. So, whoever Pera hires as the next CEO, I'm sure its going to be someone Pera has a much better relationship and that guy is trustworthy.

That's not what I said. I said PEOPLE are going to expect that. My post had little to do with my opinion, just giving some perspective since people seem to forget the reasoning behind a lot of this nonsense

Can't believe some of you guys are even entertaining some of the foolishness that's been typed in here.

If you let PG stay at your crib for a weekend...how many Vegas strippers does he get pregnant?

How much blow would he run through?

PG alone? I would set the line @ 3.5 and gladly take the over.

PG and Lance, tho?

Splash Brothers.

Tears @ "splash brothers" :rollin

Lance the type of dude to say to the hooker "During sex, let me call you Lebron"

Thoughts from last nights game was this, Miami can play without LeBron for only so much time. When they needed him most in the 3rd quarter he was in foul trouble. If he was able to play during Indiana's run, Miami wins the game.

The description to the "What Happen to that Boy" video:

Doug Collins showed off his rap game knowledge during the Indiana-Miami pregame show. When Jalen Rose let out a "Brrrr" after Sage Steele mentioned Birdman, Collins quickly followed with "What happened to that boy". This was a reference to Birdman's song "What Happened To That Boy" that was released in 2002 while Collins was coaching the Washington Wizards, obviously.
