Don't equate those NJ problems to us. He got that gangrene on his foot from that Jersey water.

^ id like to see the numbers on that Dwight vs Hibbert thing over just the last 2 or 3 seasons though.

Outside of Brook, none of the Nets draft picks have been worth a damn. Thanks Rod Thorn. I hope Mason has a good future with the team. Which is why I supported any trades. The Nets previously strike out when drafting.

They should fire Billy King now and fire sale.

Disagree. King does what the owners tell and allow him to do. I still believe the trades he made were the right thing to do at that t
yea, they were capped out for the foreseeable future anyway with Lopez Williams Joe Johnson & Crash.

The transactions were fine to me. Pierce & Garnett were 10x better than Crash & Blatche/Evans last year, so the Nets were supposed to be getting significant upgrades.

The only issue I had was signing a coach with zero experience, a guy who had never even been an assistant before, when you're going for a title.

How many draft picks have the Nets traded away though? Is it as bad as the Knicks?

"@ESPNStatsInfo: Dwight Howard averaged a double-double in 2 meetings vs Roy Hibbert last yr. Hibbert fouled out of the 1st game and had 5 fouls in the 2nd."

I can look at the Orlando games when I get home

Nice thanks for the info. I was thinkin maybe some games early in his career where he was barely playing was lowering his averages there but I guess not. Howard definitely gets the best of him

Wizards, man :hat

This is a fun team to watch....

I don't know if it's a matter of Ariza balling out b/c it's a contract year (he's gonna get PAID), or if it's just him being comfortable on the team, but he's been nothing short of fantastic. Great 1-2 punch w/ him and Martell.

They already had traded their #6 pick to get Crash when they coulda got him in free agency.

THAT trade was terrible. The Johnson trade involved a protected first so that's fine.

By that point, they're a playoff team, so I can't really penalize them for trading late first rounders to get vets who were still very productive.
