the kings have talent but why are they still one of the worst teams in the west. makes no sense.

only 3 players (4 if you count Outlaw) remain from last year's roster. Huge turnover in roster over the course of season (only 5 from opening night are left), no time to develop identity or chemistry.

Sort of a weak excuse, but that's what I lean on

This.  plus no defense, especially from the guard positions.

The Kings are actually .500 (14-14) with Rudy Gay and DeMarcus both healthy in the lineup. But Cousins has missed 10 games, and they are 0-10 in those games
