didn't he choose to leave because he didn't get that same deal from LA? the lakers were willing to pay ron that money but not him

He was trying to parlay that finals into a bigger payday from LA. Thought he could use it as leverage but ended up getting the exact same deal he would have with the Lakers from Houston.

Wade also got that mean staredown, be influencing the stripes. See what happened to Lance the other week

Bulls fans now have the temerity to collectively whine about calls.

Seriously though Joey Crawford is a disgrace to the NBA.  Utter disgrace.

Damn you guys are really missing out on a big part of sports if you don't enjoy being haters.

Just try out the dark side.

(actually you're all clearly lying, you know you hate certain players/teams and enjoy when they lose)

Dudes be on some holier than thou **** that's why! :lol

Adam silver needs to focus on the damn refs, instead of worrying what age someone needs to be, to be in the nba

What age some one needs to be, the amount of emotion players show, sleeves, delay of game calls....

That delay of game crap was one of the stupidest thing ever.. Penalizing someone for instinctively grabbing the ball after a made basketball and throwing it back to the opposing team player to inbound he ball is really 'delaying the game'

The proposed 20 year age limit is absurd and a farce.. The military accepts individuals at 18

If a parent or legal guardian is willing to give their consent, if you are a good enough player to be drafted I don't care what age you are.. Make it like baseball, if you want (although I don't necessarily agree with that either.. But it's better than what is proposed)

he didn't just dip out. the lakers didn't want to sign him for the money he wanted
Actually I don't think that's what totally happened. His agent and the Lakers weren't agreeing on terms I believe. His agent and the Lakers have had issues.

I think the Lakers were willing to spend money on Ariza, but it wasn't happening in a timely manner due to his agent, so they said screw it and got Artest. Ariza signed for the same exact amount the Lakers were offering. Artest possibly cost more? I know he cost the same for sure, maybe more.

@andrewkeh: "I don't know if you can say "F Brooklyn" and then come into Brooklyn, so we're about to see what it's like," Kevin Garnett said.

KG talking like he's gonna do something :lol
