Any Spurs fan or people who follow SA know whats going on with Danny Green? I know its early but hes average only 3.5ppg so far :x
To think of the hype and how he played from the Finals last summer to now :{

Who's James Harden defending again? Oh, no one? Sounds about right.

Lauded for his scoring prowess, playmaking abilities and hair-follicle superiority, Harden isn't known for his defense. His teams have allowed over a point per 100 possessions more with him on the floor since he entered the league. Suffice it to say, he has been far from perfect.

Against the Los Angeles Clippers, he was even worse.

The Houston Rockets were lit up for 137 points by the surging Clippers, who ruined Houston's perfect record. On defense, Harden was particularly terrible. More than a few times, he lost track of his man, was beaten off the dribble or simply didn't put his hands up to contest the shot. It was ugly.

what did ESPN or some project the knicks record to be? it was like barely above .500 and every knick fan went nuts?

yea, looking like its gonna happen. that team is hot trash

In their defense, they're missing there second leading scorer, ala Westbrook... The Thunder weren't looking so hot without him either.
An in the East we all know scoring is a struggle half the time if you're not the Heat or Pacers.

Believe it or not, he was actually worse on the defensive end last season. Like I said before, he seems so nonchalant about guarding his man for some reason. He watches the ball too much and loses his man by doing so. If he would just play solid man to man defense, it would really help out Howard/Asik. Before the season started, he specifically mentioned in his interviews that he will be better on the defensive end this season. I've seen one game (Charlotte) were he played good D, but the rest

I think he's still favouring his back, so I dont think he's 100% yet. But overtime, I expect him to put more energy on the defensive end, even if it causes a little bit of a decline in ppg. The way I see it, Mchale, Howard, and Parsons need to tell him to step it up

To be honest, I dont like what I am seeing out of my guys right now as a whole. Danny especially looks uncomfortable as a whole. The loser of the the championship hangover seems too real right now :{

IDC what anyone says, that video is only funny when you think its Derrick Rose so its Derrick Rose in the video.

It's one thing to be off, but from the small portions of the Spurs games I've seen, dude's shot selection is terrible... pressing would be a nice way of putting it.

What did you find offensive about that article, outside of the comment about the bulls being more talented than the pacers
"The best realistic trade for one might be something along the lines of Joakim Noah for Al Jefferson"

Noah for Al Jefferson? I hate Noah, but you don't give up a high energy defensive anchor who can even give you high double doubles for a 1 dimensional center who won't be any better than he is now

Seems like Kawhi is getting off to a slow start too. I only say that because I have him in my highest $ fantasy league this year lol

Paul George an MVP candidate
Roy Hibbert a DPOY candidate
Lance Stephenson a MIP candidate

now if only we can get past those south beach *************

Judging by the sample size, you're not that far off. I know it's still early, but the Pacers are really looking like a tough match-up for any team come playoff time.

Might be a mental thing. He was hot the first few games of the finals, but he got totally shut down the last 3 games. And it's just not him, the whole team well maybe except TP don't look like themselves. Even Khawi has been kind of erratic. Then again, it's just been a couple of weeks so who knows.
