He's a much better fit for Adelman's offense over OKCs iso-ball mess.

Martin was an underrated steal for Minnesota. They got an elite, efficient 20ppg scorer on a 7mil/year contract.


I just looked up stats of other SGs who were signed in the offseason:


OJ Mayo - 8 mil/year - 16 ppg on 43%fg
Kevin Martin - 7 mil/year - 22 ppg on 45% fg
JJ Redick - 6.75 mil/year - 17 ppg on 47%fg
JR Smith - 6.125 mil/year - 18 ppg on 42%fg (last year)
Kyle Korver - 6 mil/year - 14 ppg on 58%fg (lol.. unsustainable)

I know its been only 6 games but dude is averaging 5% from 2, 9% from three and 0.8 points while playing 11 minutes.
I mean even Kwame Brown averaged 4.5 ppg his first 6 games

From what I saw dude is way overweight which I dunno how the Cavs staff didnt make him lose weight in the summer.
Does he have personal issues?
