I mean if you're talking W/L, then sure. Wall hasn't. Is that him or that roster? I think it's safe to say he's not CP3 and going to lead a ****** roster to the postseason.

But, I don't see how what he did with that dog **** roster that looked terrible for two months is not a step forward. Everything was better in his game when he came back.

This is why CP3 hasnt done much either in terms of W/L. Leading your team to the postseason every year with the same exact result is not an accomplishment anymore.

John Wall shouldnt get judged from a winning POV until 5-6 years into his career

I LOVE watching Open Court.

Steve Kerr is really smart and has a clear understanding of things, but sometimes I feel like he doesn't try to say too much in an attempt to avoid stepping on any toes.

Dominique is HORRIBLE( I only saw one episode, but still)

T-Mac be keeping it 100, and I like him on there. Same goes for Kenny

Rick Fox was ok, but it seems like he always wants to be right.

Barkley just talks too much

My favorite show on TV right now

funny one liners, but annoying with little else to offer in my opinion

he's known for being outspoken, but the episode where he's talking about hispanic (base)ball players from "crappy 3rd world countries" & peds as well as homosexuality in the nba was venturing into offensive territory. he just sounds like he doesn't give things much thought most of the time and blurts out whatever he feels like. maybe there's a crowd that finds that ok and even "hilarious," but i don't

Some people think if you never win a championship you're not a winner. For others individual accomplishments are good enough.

What is the definition of "has he done something" ? I dont think there is a concrete answer.
He doesn't have any individual awards either, but I'd assume it'd be more than "lead" a team to a game under .500, most of those wins coming at the end of a season you missed a significant portion of. Someone made a comparison to LeBron and Durant, both of those dudes had all star appearances (and other individual awards) and playoffs under their belt before their first max extensions.

Dudes stay takin' shots at Wall like he hasn't played with scrubs/injury prone/inmature dudes w/ talent before last season, every player he's played with BEFORE last season fell into one of those three categories, not to mention Flip Saunders was just showing up to collect a check as his run came to an end there.

Lebron and Durant are in their own class on a lot of different levels, it's not even a fair comparison, but they damn sure didn't have injuries even close to the level that J. Wall did their first couple of years.

LeBron Calls Out Garnett, Pierce & Rivers For Leaving Boston After Giving Ray Allen A Hard Time

The Heat are in Brooklyn to face the Nets for the first time since their blockbuster trade this summer, and LeBron James had a few things to say about Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Doc Rivers leaving a rebuilding Boston team for contending teams after giving Ray Allen a hard time when he did the same thing last summer.

“I think the first thing I thought was ‘wow, Ray got killed for leaving Boston and now these guys are leaving Boston,’” James said.

“I think it’s OK, I didn’t mind it. But there were a couple guys who basically (expletive) on Ray for leaving and now they’re leaving. That’s the nature of our business, man. I don’t know what Boston was going through at the end of the day. I know Ray had to make the best decision for him and his family and his career. Doc, KG and Paul did that as well. You can’t criticize someone who does something that’s best for their family.”

Garnett has a no-trade clause. He waived it so that the trade would go through.

I'm not even a Lebron guy, but I love it. And he is right.

Waiving a no-trade clause is dramatically different than proactively signing with another team.

Paul Pierce would still be in Boston if it was up to him.

Yep, it's a completely different element to have a team want to trade you, and you agree to move on like they want you to.

Its up to beal to see how far the wiz go, wall isnt the type to take over games when his team needs it, hes a momentum player, beal has to be the go-to scorer in late game situations and be that #1 option, wall is a valuable piece but hes not a player you build around and let be your #1 option

and so would Garnett. Neither of them wanted to leave but its what the team wanted and go with a rebuild.

someone tell Lebron to shut up

Drama :hat :hat :hat. Thats what we need for these teams with like 6 players who absolutely hate each other. I have no issue with these comments.

I remember.

However, with Boston committing to a rebuild, they were going to go.

It took convincing from PIerce to get KG to waive the no trade clause, neither had the desire to leave.

I'll counter that, pointing out Pierce has been on the record saying he convinced Garnett to waive his no-trade clause because they saw the rebuild coming.
