You see this reminds me of how the Bobcats went and selected MKG over Harrison Barnes just because he can dunk n play hard but in all honesty MKG some cheeks

MKG is a very solid all around player for his age, he will be good.

Remember Barnes stayed at UNC two years because he couldn't live up to the hype his freshman year. MKG came into the league at 19. So keep that in mind when you compare them.

MKG has a better all around game than Barnes and is a way better defender, only thing Barnes is better at is shooting/scoring.

I wouldn't start a franchise with either of them.

Both Barnes and MKG are "glue guys", they're Shawn Marion/Gerald Wallace type players. They might make the All-Star team a couple times but not consistently. Neither player is particularly great at creating with the ball in their hands.

I would rather have MKG because of his defense, rebounding, and ballhandling.

I like the Magic's young core better, and you can get rid of Afflalo's contract if you want to (Thunder would be a decent potential partner). Celtics, should they fail to make the postseason, have a nice mix of mature young players and vets, Lakers would be an easy choice to give the #1 pick to and take Wiggins and he becomes instant star and next Kobe. Sacramento gets the pick and who is their mentor, DeMarcus Cousins? John Salmons? Bunch of me first players that don't even fit, then my only issue with Portland was the injury curse. Randle in Dallas wouldn't be a bad look either

If I'm a young prospect I want Phx and that training staff. Look at Nash now dude is about to call it quit. It';s going to be interesting to see how the guys between 5 and below make an impact to certain teams next season. And plus I'm sure there is guys who will jump out of no where this season.
