The slate for next weekend is ridiculous. Iron Bowl, UCLA/USC, Zona/ASU, South Carolina/Clemson, A&M/Mizzou, Stanford/ND, OSU/Michigan.

Saban to Texas. Orgeron gets a second chance at HC at USC. Fool's gold. Charlie to UF.

Gundy will take a step up at another program depending on the openings.

UF offers Gundy over Charlie and he's gone. You don't turn down the prestige, pay raise, recruiting resources.

Same with Fitz and USC, which has died down.

Gundy makes 700k more than Muschamp. Even if Florida offers him a substantial raise, OKST will match it, they aren't gonna let him get away.

There's also not a chance in hell Saban leaves Alabama for Texas.

I strongly disagree with you about Saban. I think he's a lock for Texas. They'll court his wife. Make him the richest coach in CFB by a country mile. Offer the best resources in CFB, recruiting or otherwise. Conference is "easier" than the SEC.

Pure speculation, but Saban may have plateaued in Tuscaloosa. What more is left to win or prove.

Saban is already the highest paid coach. The big 12 would be an easier conference, but he's not having trouble winning in the toughest conference. He's also not having trouble recruiting kids to Bama lol

Unless something unforeseen happens at Bama, Saban isn't going anywhere.
