It's biased but parts of it actually support what you said (that Kobe is just too good for business, Jimmy is willing to delay rebuilding till he's retired, the contract is worth it to the Busses over flexibility).

Though whoever the source was for the Paul George bit was wrong, at least.

Was Kobe a factor for Dwight leaving? Absolutely.

Also that Sessions part is an absolute lie. He opted out of the contract because he wanted long term security from the Lakers. Understandable for a guy who gets traded every year. The Lakers did not provide it for him. Didn't even offer him a contract. The Nash deal happened on July 4th, and was discussed a few days beforehand. Safe to say they didn't even get 10% of the way to a new contract. Once the Nash trade happened, Ramon Sessions was not going to be offered a contract. If you remember, they were very frugal in offering contracts due to 1. Dwight Howard was up in the air. 2. They were so far over the tax, adding Sessions at $5mil a year would have been so expensive.

What? I'm not even trying to say it's objective dude (hence "it's biased") it's obviously not. But there are still things in there that are true and apply, even though there are some wrong/exaggerated things too.

I dont know why people need validation as to what happened. No onr wants to be a loner. Everyone wants to be welcomed. We all know Kobes ego, so how is that a surprise? He obviously plays a bigger hand than most realize. But the writing on the wall makes sense. Mgmt is doing its best for Kobes exit. There‘s only place for one sun in the sky.

You a lost soul man. You don't even realize how much of that article I dismissed as crap. But there is info in there, and for that reason, I posted it in the Laker thread.

What you need to get a clue about is, I don't agree that Kobe has ruined the team/roster, multiple variables have helped with that, one of them, (which was of course omitted) was Chris Paul's trade/not trade.

YOU take me posting the article as agenda based, that's on you man. I don't care. I posted it for the info inside it, and let the people in this thread take what they want, and leave what they don't. Some of it jives with other stories we've read/heard, some of it does not. (Like the Kobe/Nash who calls who stuff)
