Rest easy man. I know everyone is tired of the tank. We all hate it. But it's a necessary evil this year.
After we secure these picks, tanking is over with. Mid April, when the 2014-15 season is over, tanking is over. Next year we go back to trying to win every single game we can.
There's no way that I can active root for a loss while watching the game. But when I can only check the scores after, I'm always satisfied with the L because I understand it's for the best. This tanking proposition has made it so that I feel positively after every game lol

I like watching a good game, and if they lose by a few points, then i guess it aint bad for team tank, but I wont root for losing. I know this team isnt the best lol. Just want them to be good again. Hopefully soon

On the other, you have the anti tankers who will never wish defeat on their team.
Although divided on the approach, both have the same wants from the team, to see the almighty Lakers flourish like they did in the old days (5 - 6 years ago)
The Tank Wars have been going on quite some time now and who knows when an end is in sight. If the pro tankers get their desired result, will it end?
Or will the anti tankers prevail and convert the pro tankers to join their cause?

Dude immediately came to mind. I'm kinda rolling with Common though. He's gonna be a future hall of fame narrator. I felt it when I heard dude narrrate a commercial for a show called Furniture wars or something like that.

I see. Yet all 3 are ahead of us, and in Utah-Orlando's case, both have better, still growing/improving rosters than we do. Not retread bums like Boozer, Price, etc, but young studs learning the NBA.
Boston? Maybe. They may shut down and come back down, surely. They also play in the east. Meaning more games vs the Knicks, 76ers, the Magic (as you pointed out) Charlotte, Detroit to earn extra wins.
We'll face Kings, Suns, Pelicans, Jazz as lower tier West teams. All better than us, surely better than their East counterparts. Makes it easier for us to lose games than it does Boston.
Jan 7th. We're in 4th place. 3 months to go. All we have to do is hope Jim/Mitch/Byron see the light, and let the season go. Trade or two, Kobe playing fewer games, tougher schedule, we should lose plenty more. Top out around 20-21 wins maybe. Give or take a game. We'll be in great shape for our picks. Then we'll never have to worry about tanking anymore.
