Taking an hiatus solves nothing tho, dont just give up on the brethren because its ugly as can be right now.

Tough times make the good times even sweeter.....whenever they do come back around.

My hiatus has nothing to do with giving up on my brethren. :lol
It has to do with stopping myself from engaging in hours of rants like im doing now.

Makes my life more productive. Less dramatic.

But as you can see... game 1 of the season and im tuned in.
Back to ranting :lol

Back to depression with this injury :(

People always go during the bad times, but are quick to rep during the moments when we're at the top. Can't have the good without the bad. Things always turn around. Just sucks that dude is so young. Not the end of the world though, he can come back from this.

:{

Randle's development was the most important thing for the team this season. Get well young man.

Welp some dudes really gonna get their wish of a top 5 pick.
Weird thing about picks, though: they could get injured.

Could be game 1.

Could be 2.5 seasons in, right in the middle of a championship run.

There are NO guarantees.

There is NO 'The Way.'
NO guarentees > NOthing though
Well, yeah, no guarantees > no picks + no vets + no money + no role players

But who on earth is arguing that the second option is desirable?

I'm pointing out that going all out for picks is not The Way, as in the only way.

Sometimes, those picks are terrible. Sometimes, they get injured. Sometimes, they become Manu; sometimes, they don't.

"Picks, picks, we HAVE to have picks! HHAAAVVEEEE TTTOOOOO!!!!!"

Meanwhile, in the Lakers medical room...

What kinda ">" response is that?
a logical one?
"No Guarantees > NOthing though" is logic?

Sounds like a corny fortune cookie slip.
At least elaborate some more bro.

Ska been sayin for years nothings guaranteed. It doesnt mean high draft picks arent worth taking if you have them.
All it means is you cant assume tanking for a high pick will result in success.

This sucks man. Really sucks
well of course nothing is guaranteed, we could sign lebron and its possible he breaks his leg the next day

however tanking to get someone who may or may not be good leaves us better off than not tanking and getting no one (100% chance that not getting a draft pick is not going to help our team)

this is especially true this year when its literally tank for bottom 5 or get no one

He can come back and get plenty of work in after New Year's. Just pray it's a clean break with no complications.

Rest up, rehab, get 35-40 games in, learn the league, come back strong for next year.

I don't see how we go forward.

Like how can we distribute minutes.. In all honesty.

We will just end up getting someone else hurt.

Honestly...i dont know how he broke his leg...i think it might be his Achilles. Im interested in the mri and xray report. I think its more serious than they're saying.

Could get back by All-Star Break depending on Severity.

Remember Paul George was 12 months for 2 complete breaks

Nah he's out for the year. No reason to comeback

You only wear a cast for 6-8 weeks.. The rehabilitate.

You want him to just sit around and rehabilitate for 4 months.

I wouldnt risk him getting hurt again. He's just starting his career.

let him reset and get ready for next year.

Yeah, getting a good pick is not the only way or a guaranteed way of gettin good again... I think it's more accurate to say it's one of the best chances at getting good again from our current situation

Not the only one and not guaranteed, but in some of our opinions at least, one of the best.

Welp some dudes really gonna get their wish of a top 5 pick.

Dont start thst **** right now

Our only young good player just broke his leg dont need to start beating that dead horse again

Horrible night to be a giants and lakers fan smh

You got a game 7 to win it all tomorrow...relax.

And im more depressed about this injury than you can imagine.
We had to go through the worst season ever last year to land this kid
. Randles progress was the only thing to look forward to this year.
