Just a thought, but since we HAVE to sign some Name free agents, when Bron goes to the Cavs, and Bosh to the Rockets, we should totally offer the max to D-Wade. We love those old wings, Kobe and D Wade out there, with young Randle, we could "compete" the next two years, and then rebuild after Kobe retires.

Continued success comes because of a big splash.
Sometimes the big splash comes through free agency, sometimes through trade, and sometimes through the draft. Like tupac said, there is no 100%. If there were, every single team would be doing the same thing, in all sports, all the time.
Anyone who thinks, "No, this is the one way. This is how you win a championship, the way I've laid out, and it has to be that way," I feel sorry for anyone who even tries to convince them otherwise.
