Immaterial to me, not like we have a 79 banner hanging (just a bunch of NW Division banners lol). No Thunder fan I know ever refers to "we" won a championship in 79. How is it any different than the Kings claiming a title won in Rochester, the Lakers claiming titles won in Minneapolis, Philadelphia claiming titles from Syracuse, the Atlanta Hawks claiming theirs from St Louis, etc?

Rodney Stuckey is lowkey a pretty good replacement for Lance. The Pistons have basically been in the darkness as far as national TV games or even Sportscenter highlights for the past couple years so I don't know if his game fell off a cliff since then....but if he's still the same guy from his first few years he can do just about everything Lance can do. And he won't be insane or make as awful decisions.

Stuckey was a decent replacement for Lance but let's not go too far, Stuckey can't do just about everything Lance can. He's nowhere near the playmaker/creator Lance is, Stuckey is purely a scorer.
