Homie has gone on record saying he didn't know about Sterling's racist past, but has not only played under him, but coached as well. On top of it all, you are REALLY going to tell me that he was ignorant to Elgin Baylor's lawsuit?

Some people will look at you w/ admiration in thinking you're doing the right thing....I see it otherwise.

Sometimes you have to be in the situation yourself, to really realize how bad things are. Doc knew about Sterling's past, no question, he can lie about it all he wants. However, he probably didn't really take the Baylor lawsuit and Baron Davis comments too serious and probably thought the truth was stretched. Also, although both situations had racial undertones, neither situation directly pointed at racism. Davis's comments were about being taunted and heckled on the court and Elgin Baylor's were about being severely underpaid, like the Clippers were know to do.

And for the players when the lawsuit and Davis comments came out a lot of the players where in college, some in high school. Heck I would be willing to bet money, some of them on their draft night. couldn't tel you who the owner was. I can't blame them for the past, however from this point forward, you can judge them.

Let's be real with ourselves, do you even think Doc Rivers was even thinking about Donald Sterling when he was leaving Boston for the Clippers? This situation wasn't even in anyone's wildest dreams possible. Doc left Boston for a best team and more power, and that reason only. Outside the LeBron/Gilbert situation, I have never seem any player or coach, in any major sport, base his/her decision because of any owners belief's, because majority of the time owner's aren't even in the building, except for a few owners.

Let's put this in the average person terms. How many of use look into a company's discrimination lawsuits or the company's owner beliefs or religion before we apply? None. Heck, we just want the job because it fits us and pays well.
