League pass is a must
This.

I somehow got League pass for free most of the season.

After the LP free trial period ended, the LP channels were still available.

My brother and I were like

waiting for our cable company to catch on and shut it down, but that didn't happen until about a week or so before the season ended.

I doubt that happens this time around.

You people are really confused why LA gets national games every single year?

Cuz it's been goin on since about 1980 or so. I figured you guys would understand by now.

I'm more surprised by the fact that Lakers aren't playing at home on Christmas.

I know the Clippers have a home game as well that day, but both teams have played home games on the same day before.

For as long as can remember the Lakers have always been a bad on Christmas Day, I bet you it has something to do with Phil's dislike for playing on Christmas

Pacers only have 5 national televised games, must have went into scramble mode to get that number from double digits to 5 games after the PG-13 injury. Could have contributed to the schedule being delayed a few days to rearrange things...

Personally I enjoy watching the Lakers get dismantled.

Leads to angry Laker fans/Kobe stans crying over ish that doesn't go their way, living in the past, or magically signing every other teams all-star during whatever off-season even when they don't have cap space.

It's not shocking from a money/media/fan base stand point to see the lakers get a lot of games on tv.

From a basketball stand point it's terrible. But angry Kobe will make it worthwhile

It's perhaps one of the last seasons of one of the best basketball players of this generation.... and it's the most popular team in the NBA. Lakers surely are gonna get some national games
