Steph Curry, my favorite player in the league 
Legit think he can make 300 3's in one season. Was having an argument with my friend the other day about him, and I told him that I truly believe he should be shooting more 3's a game given the value of the 3 and his shooting ability. Should be taking 8 to 10 a game. He already makes over 40% of his 3's and takes like 7 a game which is insane in it's own right.
The scary part is, he's actually shoots the 3 more efficiently the further and further he moves back :x

When you think about what Curry is doing in the league right now, we really should be marveling what he does on the offensive end the way we marvel at like Lebron, or KD.
He averages over 24 a game efficiently without even getting to the free throw line, while being a below average finisher in the league. He makes 42% from deep and takes like 7 a game! Straight incredible stuff. I'm really curious as to how far he can push what he's doing because like I said, he should be shooting more 3's anyway.

The biggest reason Jackson's gone is because he had a terrible relationship with his boss and didn't see eye-to-eye at all.

Curry really flourished with Jackson, dude basically got any shot he wanted without having to play defense.

in the playoff series against the clippers, it took jackson a solid 3-4 games to realize they were hard trapping every PnR to get the ball out of steph's hands, and that he'd be better suited playing off the ball with defenders chasing him.

Because Jackson would rather run Lee or Thompson post ups and Barnes isos (the two least efficient ways to score) than Curry pick and rolls. Dude would focus more on attacking mismatches than just running the best plays for his best player.

And yes, he did have a terrible relationship with ownership and management. But his boring, unimaginative offense was part of it as well. They go hand-in-hand.

His coaching ability was definitely not the reason Jackson got let go... I don't even think it's debatable. It's plainly obvious that the ownership was already making plans to let him go before the playoffs even concluded. Bridges were burned behind closed doors.
As bad as you guys make Jackson's coaching job out to be, it took the Clippers 7 games. So Jackson was doing something right in a few of those wins. It's easy to simplify all of the negative but Jackson wasn't the reason the Warriors didn't advance.

Eh, the list of elite coaches you can count maybe on one hand. Everyone else is going to have their shortcomings, and like I said it's really easy to simplify and target the negatives when it comes to coaching.
If their relationship was solid you could bet your fanny he would still be coaching the Warriors. His termination had very little to do with his coaching ability.

Maybe it wasnt too much Xs and Os but Marck Jackson deserves at least some credit for Currys quick turnaround into one of the best in the league.
His stale offense hurt them in the playoffs but if he didnt allow Curry to flourish they wouldn't have even got that far....imo

I really credited Golden States turnaround to Jackson, they where always a so-so team. You have to give credit for developing Curry and Klay, especially when ownership was trying to shove harrison barnes down everyones throat for his first few years.
