The one thing I'm intrigued by with Chandler Parsons and the Rockets trying to sign Chris Bosh.
Everything has to be finalized BEFORE they can match Parsons right? Can't just have wink-wink deals in place, then say you're going to sign him.
If they can't get the logistics right, it may not pan out.
I don't lack faith in Houston that much, but possible.
