Chip.

and please use your 2nd to trade up for him
[COLOR=#red]We would be 2-3 pieces away from contending, IF, and only IF, multiple other guys step up from last year. IE, Jamar Taylor, Dion Jordan finally getting on the field, Wallace and Tannehill same page, Miller stepping up, and Reshad Jones back to 2012 scheme.
THEN, add 1-2 guys on the Oline, and 1-2 nice LBers to step in, they would be good enough to compete in the AFC. Knock off Denver or New England? That would be a whirlwind of good fortune from all the players I listed, plus Philbin growing a brain, plus Lazor working Foles like magic on Tannehill, as well as perfect health, etc.
Bascially, odds are long. So they should just try to draft as many solid pieces as they can, get the team as deep as possible, and hope for as much improvement as possible.
drafting Manziel? What the hell are they gonna do trade Romo? I can't see a team wanting that contract coming off major back surgery
As much as I hate on the Cowboys, Jerry seems to genuinely like his players and former players always stick up for him.
Jerry Jones is good for the NFL.

Browns.
They got the cap space, he would make them a playoff team.
“It’s often said, Why don’t I get someone to be the G.M.? Why don’t I get someone to pick the players?” Jones said. “Well, who in the world do you think that person, when they walk through the door and say, ‘We want to get this player, and we want to pay this player,’ what in the world do you think I’m going to do? I’m going to sit down, and I’m going to go through it, and I’m going to say, ‘Show me the player before I write the check. Show me the player. And let me see everything about the player.’ Well, rather than have that happen, I get involved in it and get to know everything there is to know about the players before they get through the door.”
