the Clippers should be going after Trevor Ariza, not Dwight Howard

But who needs trevor when you have Wesley below avg johnson
I'll never understand the hate for Dwight.
He's been in the right 95% of the time an people focus on the 5%. A constant reminder of the fact the facts don't matter as much as how much people like you.
dwights biggest problem is that he doesnt realise he reached his potential. he is locker room cancer who doesnt understand why a team is better off with the ball in the hands of an allstar SG rather than watching his clumsy post moves.
People just couldn't accept that maybe prime Dwight reached his potential. People latched on to him and wouldn't let up on "He could be so much better if he put in the practice in the gym". When maybe.. just maybe.. he was as good as he could have been. That he would never be the shooting kind of big man, no amount of practice in the post would give him Hakeem-esque moves.. and he would never have the size and strength of Shaq.
I've said my peace on him too many times on here. I don't think I have it in me anymore

dwights problem is not that he is not doing enough, its that he listens to people who say he's not doing enough and tries to do too much.
rather than taking the DJ/Tyson chandler role and help the team out he gets upset at not getting enough touches and brings the team down with him.
nothing but a big child with wasted potential
the gasol brothers going against each other as well.
Porzingis vs KAT tonight
yes, very. Are you upset at the world as well?dwights biggest problem is that he doesnt realise he reached his potential. he is locker room cancer who doesnt understand why a team is better off with the ball in the hands of an allstar SG rather than watching his clumsy post moves.

when have I ever said dwight needs to do more on offense? So basically you, similar NTers, and most of ESPNdwights biggest problem is that he doesnt realise he reached his potential. he is locker room cancer who doesnt understand why a team is better off with the ball in the hands of an allstar SG rather than watching his clumsy post moves.

nothing but a big child with wasted potential?
Dwight Howard was a far better basketball player than Jordan or Chandler.. so no.. Prime Dwight should have never taken that role. Dwight Howard now? That's a different story.. but people have been making that claim that Dwight "could be so much more" since his days in Orlando. Acutally, no.. even Dwight Howard now shouldn't be Tyson Chandler status.
And what wasted potential exactly? I honestly don't believe Dwight could have been that much better on offense.
They're talking about it right now on the Starters.. TERRENCE JONES IS TAKING MORE SHOTS PER GAME THAN DWIGHT. He's 5th on his team in shot attempts, that's insane. If he's unhappy, maybe focus a little more on him on the offensive side. Give him some more pick and roll opportunities, feed the big man so he's happier, and maybe that helps. I don't think he's expecting to be the focal point of the offense, but he shouldn't be the 5th option either.
And that response is exactly what I don't get... "Nothing but a big child with wasted potential" Really? Being a superstar in the NBA, an elite defender, a huge fanbase, defensive player of the years, a trip to the Finals.. that's what I think of when I think of Dwight. Does he have his problems? Of course. He handled his Orlando exit terribly and should have been quiet and waited his time to leave. It did give us the top 5 most awkward NBA moment ever with him and SVG. What potential did he waste? Dwight could have LIVED in a gym, and I highly doubt he ended up a vastly different player.
its not about his abilities on the basketball court
