Darren Collison > Rajon Rondo right now
agreed on that

I have a feeling Rondo is going to get a glorified starting Andre Miller role for George Karl playing 20-25 minutes a game

Collison is gonna get close to 30 I think off the bench and if he meets the minimum games off the bench, be in the running for 6MOTY

We should start the Darren Collison fan club.

People like to make fun of Brian Windhorst but I don't really get why

it works this way in every field of journalism.

In tech Walt Mossberg is the plug for apple news beause he has long time relationships with the people in those companies.

Lebron is a corporation, Brian Whindhorst was smart enough and lucky enough get in with his crew early so he gets all the scoops, why people make fun of him ill never know.

Did that tech reporter you mention start following Steve Jobs around when he was just a 14 year old kid? I think that's the difference with Windhorst. People feel like he got to be where he is by basically stalking a young kid. Something just doesn't seem right about that. But Lebby has always liked the attention, and it has worth to their mutual benefit, so I don't really rag on Windhorst either. But I get why people do.

Pierre Jackson got thoroughly outplayed by TJ McConnell and Scottie Wilbekin in the preseason.

I get that people think that but that's not at all what happened. Fact is, Windy was the most prominent reporter at the beacon(Akron beacon journal) when Bron was becoming a national story. So naturally, the biggest reporter at the paper in your city is going to see/interview you a lot when you play for the biggest team in said city. Oh, and he just so happened to get drafted by the team 25 minutes away so....that reporter is obviously going to cover them too. Windy just got lucky. No reason to hate him for that, or think it's stalkerish

Just heard about Glen Rice Jr.

What a moron.

The man who was shot in the leg at T.I.'s Atlanta restaurant is former NBA player Glen Rice Jr. -- son of Glen Rice.

We broke the story ... a fight broke out at Scales 925 on Sunday night ... after a verbal argument inside the eatery spilled out into the parking lot.

During the incident, shots were fired ... and Rice was shot in the leg.

Cops say they have footage showing Rice running from the scene of the crime and ditching a gun by throwing it on a stairwell.

Rice was shown on footage getting into a Porsche and leaving the scene.

Police responded and pulled over the Porsche and found Rice Jr. bleeding from the leg -- while in possession of 240 grams of marijuana and $6,000 in cash.

He's been charged with reckless conduct and possession of weed.

Rice Jr. was a 2nd round pick in the 2013 NBA Draft ... and was waived by the Washington Wizards back in January. We're told Rice Jr. was exploring options to play overseas.

BTW, cops say the man who picked up Rice Jr. in the Porsche is Steven Pryor ... who was connected to Rice in a 2012 incident involving a gun.

According to reports, Rice was leaving Halo Lounge near the Georgia Tech campus in 2012 in a Cadillac Escalade when cops responded to shots fired.

When cops pulled over the Caddy, Pryor was a passenger in the car and admitted to firing a shot from a 9mm pistol but insisted it was an accident.

Pryor was arrested and charged with discharge of a firearm while under the influence.

Rice was also charged with a crime from the incident -- permitting unlawful operation of a vehicle. He was kicked off the Georgia Tech basketball team as a result.

DId he move down to Miami when Bron went there and then move back to Clev., when Bron came back? I just always had the impression Bron couldnt stand him for some reason.
