I dont think Kobe neither honestly, Kobe was the closest thing to Jordan well probably ever see on that court for a long long time, and he worked and studied mj to becone that. Curry wont be there ring wise either imo. But thats just a guess. Lebron is defenitly going to get surpassed by curry ,championship wise,as well as being that fascinating player who plays unimaginable basketball. bron still has years left and just will most likely end up under achieving championship wise if he doesnt get a couple more under his legacy.

So Kobe and MJ, na curry isnt those guys, curry is a pleasure to watch who makes unimaginable shots. But he has a great supporting cast which he can rely on without carrying. Kobe and mj had a great supporting cast but they still carried the team.Steph doesn't have to do that. Lebron CANT do that, he can but just not far enough to get that ring, so not when it count, all imo not fact guys, this is just how i see it.

Kobe and Lebron are in the same generation to me.
They are only 5 years a part. 97 and 02 right? 2000's
Steph/Kobe/Lebron, all the same to me. Only one of them is going to be that #1 guy from this era.

But they all 3, come from the same era if you ask me. Jordan was 80-90's, these guys are the Afterbirth

Was he? Damn I'm old. I try to think back to what I was doing when Lebron came on, 2002 was the year that came to mind.

yea bron was 04

so do you consider bron and steph a part of KG's generation too? and TD?

oh hahaha damn. ok. well by that generation range, yea, Steph can most definitely be up there. Only thing that's in the pot now is time. Outside of 3 pointers, he hasn't accumulated too many numbers in any one category yet. And considering he doesnt really have to do a super ton, I can't imagine he'll get any wild and crazy numbers in the end. 3 point record will be dead though. deceased. and he'll be crazy efficient. They'll probably repeat this year. He'll scoop another finals mvp, without a single cramp.

Steph imo is part of the new era generation and bron is still part of it finishing off his legacy last year and the next few years to come, while curry is just starting ,brons still going so bron isnt exempt. Kobe on the other hand is already out if and done if not on his way there, he already did his thing way back with shaq even. Kobe is exempt and out of there way.

Mj had the NBA, it was his.
Kobe had it after Jordan.
Then Lebron, but all hate aside, bron never really took it imo when there was nobody else to, it all seemed somewhat fabricated not to mention hes got taken out by Dallas, San Antonio and now Golden State, so i dont see how it was ever undisputed his league like it was clearly for mike and kobe at one moment, even though they both had there losses.there was a time where they were the man and you cant argue that. With bron you can, I never really saw him as that even though the media tried to feed that to us.

Damn...dat dere erupt guarantee curse is skrong. I had the fame dvr'd but of course some dumb broad ruimed it for me by texting me before i watched it

Yea it's just perception. Like Shaq has been done, he was early 90's, Jordan's era.

The 2000's for me will run through Lebrons retirement; 2020, which include all players from late 90's draft class, peaking early 2000, basically running a 20 year time frame.

But again, just perception. Kobe/Lebron/curry/KD: AD even, same era

Na come on. It doesn't seem right.

Kobe is not in the same era as A.Davis Curry or even KD, even though they got a small glimpse of him. Kinda like kobe got to play against Jordan and was in the league at the same time as him but there not part of the same era.

This. A generation isnt 20 man lol. Thats hella long. You cant be in the same generation with someone that was in middle school while you were winning rings.

Warriors "lucking" there way into a 9-0 start.

Looking even more lethal than last year. Gentry gone, Kerr out and haven't missed a beat.

Curry in god mode right now.
