What does this even mean?
That was an incredibly quick delay of game call....
Often they let an entire beat after the clock hits zero before they blow the whistle. It almost seemed like they called that before the play clock hit zero, or at least instanty.
Again w t f does a quick delay of game call mean?

You guys are arguing that somehow throwing a flag for a penalty FSU actually committed is unfair, because they should have given them an extra second or two.Delay of game penalties are usually late, if not it means the ref is anticipating instead of reacting.Again w t f does a quick delay of game call mean?
Still way too close to feel comfortable if your Oregon
I wasn't arguing anything, just pointing out that the call speed was different from what is the norm, right or wrong.

It makes no sense. If things were reversed and a team you weren't rooting for was allowed to snap the ball 1-2 seconds after the clock hit :00 and scored a TD there, you'd be complaining the refs blew the call.
Anticipating it or not, FSU committed the penalty. Complaining about a "quick delay of game" call when FSU actually committed the delay of game penalty they were flagged for doesn't make sense.
