That trade to Cleveland exposed JR Smith. Showed that he really didnt give his all to a team that needed him due to gim wanting to always go out & have late nights. Wasn't dedicated. Now that he has no choice, he's playing much better.

The only thing Phil is at fault for is overestimating the talent on this team and thinking we can make a playoff run with an even worse roster than we had last year, weak Eastern Conference or not.
