I don't hate the Nats. I just know when I talk to Nats fans on a daily basis at work, these fools have no clue about baseball. That doesn't mean all of them.
New Yankees stadium is different. You won't really see that place rocking like it used to. They priced out all the real fans and most refuse to go. I haven't even been to the new one and I don't ever want to go.
