OKB: Spot on with your last point. Been saying this for a while and it could take more than a season. Just like Aroldis and Justin Verlander had to dial down the accuracy for improved pinpoint accuracy, Yu needs to limit his selection of pitches for further comfort and effectiveness. Sometimes too much can actually be a bad thing. Fine tune the four (or five) pitches that work best.Yu Darvish showed exceptional command in Japan, Daiskue never has/will, and most scouts say he has good command of hall his pitches, it's more of an approach thing, where Daiskeu it seems like an inability to throw strikes.
Plus Yu's stuff is way better.
Probably needs to cut down his repertoire of pitches.

I think it's inevitable that's what we are in store for. Every game is going to have a football score tooAngels/Rangers would make for a damn fun ALCS.
Seems like the odds-on ALCS favorite but I'm not ready to count out the Yanks despite their pitching being less stellar than the Halos or Rangers.I think it's inevitable that's what we are in store for. Every game is going to have a football score too
Adam LaRoche quietly being a top 5 first baseman in the NL

That's what I'm getting at, Pro. Baseball fans are so enamored with the AL West rivalry and rightfully so, thanks to the quick growth of Trout and Trumbo, Albert's hot streak, and the acquisition of Greinke. Versus the addition of Oswalt (earlier) and Dempster, tracking Yu, and Josh's high-and-lows. I'll say again, I'm not counting out the Pinstripes. We know their bats can get hot and Ichiro could play a crucial factor in the playoffs in place of Gardner. A-Rod's return is obviously important. Even without Pineda and Mo, Robertson and Soriano are fairly potent on the back-end. CC, Nova, Kuroda, and Hughes is respectable. Although not quite as glamorous as Weaver, Greinke, C.J., and Haren. Then again, I trust Phil Hughes more than most. By the way, how far the "mighty" have fallen, Joba.
Dodgers claimed lee off waivers I wonder what will happen with that situation
