Depends.  Do you consider a World Baseball Classic game to be the equivalent of a playoff game?  If so, I disagree with the second name you listed.

I just find if funny that the ONLY people who ***** and moan about the World Baseball Classic are American sportswriters, reporters, or fans.  Every other part of the world has bought in but us.  I find that funny/odd.

I agree there are probably tweaks to be made to the tournament, including time of year, that would make it better.  But the WBC has been incredibly entertaining and if you are a baseball fan, its is impossible not to enjoy it.  Games were great last year and are off to a great start this year too.

Anyone know how much these WBC tickets are? I feel like they're probably dumb cheap. Haven't watched as many games as I planned on but I'm watching both tonight.

I paid about $190 total for 3 games in LA (semi finals and finals). Sitting 1st deck near 1st base. There are plenty of cheaper tickets out there also.

but I've seen dude at the NBA finals, the next day he'll be at a Nascar event then a tennis match and back at a Marlins game that night ... genius
