If I had to be satisfied by seeing a team win it all this year, I'd say Dodgers because of Mattingly. Or even the Indians because of Swisher/Giambi. Hell, even the Pirates because that would be cool :lol .

Some interesting baseball to be played this month, to say the least. Damn annoying that we aren't there frankly because of season-long injuries.

I find it weird they celebrated winning the playoff game to reach the wildcard playoff game. You really wanna spray champagne in each others faces when you have one game to play the next day that will decide your fate?

Find no problems with it, it's the end of a 162 game season, for the Rays it was 163 games. 162 games with only 20 off days, sure it's a game, but it's still a grind. The 20 off days includes the AS break. So yeah, baseball consumes these guys lives and they celebrate accordingly. The only one I'm not a fan of is after winning the NLDS (:lol). However, clinching your division/playoff spot and clinching the Pennant/WS should definitely be a cause for celebration.

I hope Puig just stands there admiring it, then slides into home laugh.gif

I hope not, straight douchebaggery on both ends is never the solution.

Ironman- I don't like Puig's shenanigans but I hate Brian McCann's even more. Especially him doing that twice in 2 weeks :lol

I'm not confident about this Dodgers series at all :{ ... Would've preferred to play Pit/Cincy .. I hope this isn't my same ol' one and done Braves!

I have never been anxious before a baseball game..this is such an odd feeling :lol

Calling a big game from Jordy Mercer.

Rooting for Cutch and Toro, but I think Dusty gets it done. Reds, 5-2.

I know Liriano is amazing at home and against Cincy's lefty power, but I have a David Price feeling like last night.

Brandon Phillips shows up with a RBI. Two for Votto.

Dan Uggla left off the playoff roster they should have left BJ Upton instead.

BJ Upton's streaky enough to get hot. 4 homers in a series.

Bj had an average of 106 for September hes a bum this year not capable of at least getting on base.

Uggla had an average of 122 for september but at least had 15 or so walks with 2 hrs hes capable of hitting hrs he should have been on the roster. Elliot johnson is only on the roster for defense he has the same average

This isn't the patient Cincy lineup I'm used to seeing. Seeing pitches made them successful.

I realize this isn't technically playoff ball, but watching these all-or-nothing games is the best.
