Now all he needs to do is build consistency with the midrange. IF he can get to 2014-2015 Blake Griffin status with the mid-range he will be a consistent problem.

Makes sense to me. You earn your money. But I understand injuries can happen which can riddle your chances of making the 1st team All-NBA.
