Portland has the 2nd or 3rd best backcourt in the league. It's their frontcourt that's trash.
In all seriousness, Portland really gonna come back next year with this same backcourt? Like frfr?

IMO Cousins would have been a great fit. They have a collection of young talent and pick where they could have pulled the trade off. IDK why Portland stayed pat.yeah. if they were able to land even a guy like horford or milsap, they'd be a better teamPortland has the 2nd or 3rd best backcourt in the league. couldnt even get interviews and make their pitch to a lot of the free agents
maybe, they can pull a trade off without giving too much. take a risk on blake or give up future picks for black GH
i think they can improve with jusuf for a whole yr and even guys like ed davis/ezeli returning
your right he would be. but one thing, character, he has no character or class and they are big on that its dumb to me tho. Its like all they care about so they just get a bunch of dudes who are ***** *** choir boys, its soft as ****!

And what has that gotten them? A fluky 1st rd win last year and and an *** whooping this year. In the past two years, they've been lucky as hell just to get into the playoffs.
yes.
Your talking the top scoring back court in this whole league you realize that right? They led the NBA with 50ppg Dame 27ppg + CJ 23ppg = 50ppg (aka Top scoring backcourt in the NBA.
So yes to answer that question easy the answer is YES they will.
cj and dame aren't the problem, its the Milli's spent on the other garbage around them. need some size and talent/centers upfront added to dame, cj, nurkic period.

There's an imbalance in my opinion and you could balance out the roster a bit if you would move on from this duplicate backcourt and get some talent w/size upfront in return.
I have no faith that 200Ms committed to those small guards who can't defend will get you anything noteworthy success wise
yeah festus eB*tchi will be able to be cut with a insurance thing of some sort ive read Portland already has filed for it. Supposedly the Blazers and festus are going to court over it maybe because the team says he healthy enough to pley and he says hes not so he basically signed for 15 mil and then wanted to just sit the bench lol.
You can balance your roster and add depth through free agency.
Unfortunately for Portland, they tried to do that with Evan Turner and Festus Ezeli while conveniently screwing their cap space in the process.
