2017 NFL Draft Thread - **Please do not post spoilers during the Draft**

And people thought he was gonna sneak into the 1st/2nd round :lol

Thought he was overrated to begin with. Yikes man...

On the field, he's not overrated...he's firmly in the top 5 of RBs to me...he does everything well, and is rreallyh hoos catching the rock..as a foo all player he's all the way legit, head to toe...

kida got game that'll translate well imo....noooow, as far as a second rounder, with that video....doubtful...but Tyreke hills success def helped mixons stock imo...

When you look at the whole comment I understand where the kid was trying to get at, and it's ******** that people parse a line for da clicks.

He should have said something to the effect of "One mistake shouldn't define me as a person...", but ultimately what he said sounds like that was the direction he was going in.

You can't get on these guys for sounding like robots with manufactured lines from their agent, and then also get on the ones who make an attempt but aren't necessarily eloquent enough to say things in the most "media friendly" of ways.

This I can understand, what I don't know is if he gets it.

Secondly, I don't like his game (is how I should have worded it). He's not particularly great at any one area from the games I've watched. Been 10 or so, so maybe I'm wrong and haven't watched enough. Watching him reminded me of Leveon Bell in a way, he is very patient. But the difference is Bell sees what he is doing, I don't get that sense that Mixon does. Don't know how great his vision is... on top of that off field issues.

Physically you definitely take a chance, see what happens. I still wouldn't go with a first or second. But I always feel that way about most running backs.

#Clemson QB Deshaun Watson measured 6-2 1/2, 221 pounds. Guys who saw him said he carries it well, looked like he added good weight.

I'm not really surprised by Gallman, he played at like 210 it seemed

Kamara was a surprise checking in @ 214, he looked like he was like 195

If he maintains his athleticism at 214 I think he is going to destroy the combine

Ak always been over 205.

He's so good it's ridiculous. He's got a lot of Shady in him.

Christian McCaffrey said his versatility sets him apart. Plans to do all RB drills at the combine and the WR stuff at his pro day.

What are the projections on Njoku?

It's scary how much he has Patriots written all over him.

What are the projections on Njoku?
draft wise?

guess it depends on what he does at the combine running wise.. oj is believed to be the most complete with his blocking ability

njoku should have the best 40 and slightly better receiver.. then you got the D2 guy

anywhere from 20-45.. so middle of 2nd latest.. they got Oj in the 10-20 range, but could sneak into the top 10

Lesean McCoy's VJ was 29
Jamal Charles was 30
Zeke's was 32

Don't think that not jumping high is gonna cause him to drop, he's not an WR/DB. His on field play tells you what you need to know about his leg strength and explosiveness.

It's not the be all end all but I can understand the concern
