i wouldn't say "wasted"...although i got wasted once in highschool and obviously got caught by my parents when i got home
but you can drink AND chase yambs in high school at the same time

i actually totally agree with you. drinking in high school is way too early
i think it's good to get a little exposed to it before heading to college, but high school kids should not be getting trashed. def not on a regular basis.
