Kobe scored 33,643...there's is no math formula work up that allows for him not to have at least a thousand points vs a singular team. Hitting 30k alone allows for an average of 1k per team. Going over it guarantees that at least one team got 1k.

I had a dude tell me today that Boston is immensely more talented than Cleveland and that Cleveland doesn't have the players to have a lot of ball movement. When I pressed him about Cleveland dismantling the Raps, as they are objectively as talented as Boston... Probably more, he said oh they're mental midgets. I mean, there's always something. And honestly, I'm not necessarily blaming just LeBron. Lue had been bad. They got rid of the two way players they did have. Management hasn't created a good culture. But at some point, you have to lay some of this blame at Brons feet. He's gotten what he wanted. He's being called the GOAT based on his amazing run this year. You can’t eventually put the blame on Lebron, you put it on him NOW. The GOAT led by example and was able to galvanize his teammates. Lebron better learn how to do the same thing. The present will blame his teammates but history will say he was playing with an All-Star as well as one of the greatest 3 point shooters ever and went out to a rookie led team. in many of those clips, 3 to 4 houston defenders were standing around watching the ball handler dribble waiting to collapse on him. you couple this with the warriors' movement on offense and this lead to hella blown assignments and houston getting to shooters way too late. klay didn't even need to come off screens to get open. there's always talk about how the warriors utilize "illegal" off-ball screens to get shooters open and cause mismatches but you watch those clips (and a lot of the game) and they didnt even have to depend on picks. it's just porous team defense.
in that second to last clip, klay originally had capella and tucker defending him. when dray made that cut to the basket both dudes jumped on him and klay just leaked to the perimeter for an open 3. no reason why tucker had to collapse when capela is one of the better rim protectors in the league and was right there to contest. not sure why houston is getting so confused on assignments.
houston's gonna have to be disciplined with their defensive assignments if this gonna be a series

It would have to be 2 all-star/all-nba players taking deep pay cuts to go to a team like Boston, Houston or San Antonio.

Just showing what an awful defender LeBron has been all year . He plays no d unless it's a Chase down block. Total lack of effort . People kill Russ for not playing d but no one says a peep about LeBron because he's old / conserving energy etc.
I don't expect shut down , elite or for him to guard the best perimeter player but you got to at least give some effort.
