My only major criticism of him but its really a critcism of NFL hiring altogether. People hire their boys to often even if they aren't the best fit.
That being said people should not be calling for Quinns head. In two years after Mike Smith he took us to the superbowl and this year didnt let the superbowl hangover hit and got us back to the divisional round a couple better plays from being back in the NFC championship game again. He is a good coach and he has helped build up our defense. Leaps and bounds better than what it was before he got here. He just gotta cut ties with his boy sark
