Bilal Powell, per a league source, signed a deal with a value of $11.25 million over three years, with $6 million guaranteed at signing. He can earn another $2.25 million in escalators.

The low man on the totem pole is Khiry Robinson, who received a one-year, $1.175 million deal with $80,000 guaranteed.
