Yeah he has his flaws and has to grow but he has alot more talent than your average udfa.

He just had a drug problem that eventually got him kicked off the team at Texas

I didn't know he was an UDFA. He does seem to have the speed and length to be where he needs to be.

They talk about the game more without it being 100% generalities and cliches which is nice. But Gruden was a real, real low bar.
